As a contractor and supplier with a state-of-the-art machine park, we mill, rotate, bend, roll, saw and weld various metals both for customers from the region and international large corporations – across the industry, from prototype to assemblies to large series.

Your tasks

• Production of individual parts, prototypes and small series on 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines
• Preparation of tools, clamping and measuring devices
• Programming of machines using technical drawings
• Control and monitoring of machines and, if necessary, parameters
• Quality control of the manufactured parts according to common measuring and testing methods

Your profile

• Complete training as a machining mechanic or art related profession in the field of CNC milling
• Professional experience in this field, also on 5-axis machines
• Insufficient experience in the operation and programming of Heidenhain CNC control systems
• Self-employed and careful working
• Designed and reliable
