As a helper (m/w/d) in metalworking, you are an important part of the production process and contribute to the smooth running of all processes. Your activities are diverse and give you the opportunity to gain first insights into the industry or deepen your knowledge. The activity takes place in the layer system, so you should be flexible and ready to work in different layers.

• You help to operate production machines and monitor the manufacturing process.
• With your support, products are packaged, tested and prepared for shipping.
• You take simple quality controls to ensure that the products meet the specified standards.
• Material you prepare and deliver it to the desired production areas.

We are looking for

You do not have a special training, but should be reliable and motivated. Professional experience is an advantage, but no compelling requirement. Stressability and the readiness to shift work are crucial.

• First experience in production or in a comparable area is helpful but not necessary.
• You work carefully and with high accuracy.
• Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork are required.
• You are physically resilient and can also work concentrated at high working speed.
• You have communication skills in German to understand and implement work instructions.
