Responsibility for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the pay bill for a defined business area Sovereign communication with external interfaces such as health insurance and financial offices Creation of work-contractual documents and maintenance of master data including all accounting information to ensure high quality standards Function as the first respondent for personal concerns and accompaniment of the entire employee life cycle with a focus on payroll topics Introduction to tariff and operational regulations and ensuring compliance Participation in projects and special technical topics (e.g. occupational pension provision, part-time, remuneration models) as well as the acquisition of additional administrative tasks in the payroll team

Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in pay billing or personal care Ready to work into our IT structure (MS Office, SAP, SuccessFactors) Self-employed, structured and careful working and the ability to control several topics in parallel Team spirit, organisational strength and ability to keep track of challenging situations Excellent service orientation, pragmatism and high quality awareness Very good knowledge of German and the security to express you clearly and professionally on C1 level
