Take real personnel responsibility and lead our team to success. ### Your tasks Lead and motivate our project managers:inside and electricians:in Stuttgart, override personnel responsibility. ☀️ Coordinate the photovoltaic production as well as electrical pre-work for heat pumps and service applications. Analyze and optimize our operational processes for efficient project processing. Vote with network operators and find individual technical solutions. Responsible for stakeholder management and work closely with other specialist departments. Promote the professional and personal development of your team. ### Your profile

• You have a completed training in electrical engineering.
• You have a training as a craftsman:in (electrical technology) or industrial master:in (including TREI).
• You bring several years of professional experience in the construction field, including first leadership experience.
• You have experience in coordinating with network operators and ideally know-how in photovoltaics and heat pumps.
• You convince yourself by hand-on mentality and move safely into dynamic structures.
