Analysis and continuous optimization of internal bank processes Supporting departments in modeling business processes and workflows Initiation and control of projects for digitalization and automation Interface management between departments and IT Development and monitoring of quality standards and implementation of process controls Change management support, including training and support Modelling of processes using BPMN 2.0

You have completed a bank training or a study with an economic background You are a trained bank process manager You are familiar in the banking environment, preferably from the cooperative environment, with the core banking system of Atruvia IT affinity and experience with digital tools and process management software Ideally, you already have knowledge of process modeling using BPMN 2.0 You have fun on the project work You are used to work independently and agilely You are team capable and can think analytically
