Head of Central Purchasing (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the area of central purchasing and run a team consisting of up to six employees professionally and disciplinaryly You design, establish and manage a holistic licensing and contract management Together with your team, you anchor efficient processes to ensure DORA compliance You control complex procurement and negotiation processes, conduct strategic negotiations with key partners and represent the interests of the company sovereignly towards internal and external stakeholders You are responsible for creating a purchasing strategy as well as for controlling, performance and further development of central purchasing You coordinate cross-departmental coordination with DPRM, IT, finance, risk management and compliance and thus promote a stringent, company-wide procurement and governance confession You are responsible for implementing a new purchasing tool As a Sparring Partner at eye level, our executives and departments advise you on all questions concerning purchasing, contract management and licensing strategies

You have completed their studies (e.g. business or economic engineering) or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year, well-founded professional experience in strategic purchasing, licensing or contract management, ideally in a regulated industry (e.g. insurance, bank, IT service provider) You have first leadership experience Deep understanding of IT contracts, license models and service provider architectures You have a strong negotiating competence You are familiar with regulatory requirements such as DORA, MaRisk or similar relevant standards It brings a strong project management and methodological competence as well as ideally experiences in introductions of tools and process digitalization with You have a pronounced analytical and conceptual strength as well as a strategic vision, coupled with pragmatic implementation power
