Data & Analytics: Building and Continuous Development of Data Products, Reporting and Analytics Solutions for Quality and Operations Data Engineering: Modelling, Transformation and Provision of Data in Snowflake BI Development: Development of data models, dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense Process analysis: Analysis and understanding of operational business processes as the basis for data-driven solutions Requirements management: Close cooperation with departments and operational units to accommodate and implement requirements in an agile working environment Data Mesh: Cooperation with professional data owners and data product owners in the sense of the data mesh approach Internal service: Advice and support of departments in data-driven issues Presentation and communication: Presentation of solutions, results and recommendations for action Innovation and AI: Identification of new applications for AI and modern analytics solutions

Education & Study: Successfully completed studies in business informatics or comparable to relevant professional experience in data engineering, analytics or business intelligence Data Engineering: Very good SQL knowledge and at least. 3 years of professional experience in building, modeling and transformation of data in modern data warehouse environments, ideally snowflake Analytics & Reporting: At least 3 years of professional experience in the development of data models, dashboards, reporting solutions and automation, ideally with Qlik Sense Artificial Intelligence: Safe handling of common AI tools to support analysis, development and documentation tasks Self-employed and structured working with the ability to plan, prioritise and proactively promote work packages Embossed analytical and conceptual skills to identify relationships in data and processes, to analyze causes and to derive sound and pragmatic recommendations and solutions. Reliability: You keep promises, communicate transparently and create trust with relevant stakeholders High quality awareness with a clear focus on data quality, clean documentation and sustainable solutions Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. language level C1) and good English in word and writing
