Your area of responsibility:

• Processing of orders, offers, orders, invoices and contracts, in particular for maintenance services, expert and expert examinations as well as subcontractors • Basic accounting tasks, creating and checking invoices, work certificates, etc. • Support for office management and organisation • Monitoring of the office stock and reporting of defects • Processing of other assigned office activities • Manage files, logs, written evidence and records • Representation at reception if required

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training as an office man, ideally with current professional experience • also possible cross entrance, with corresponding experience in the office • Self-employed and structured work • Team skills • Applicable MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel) • Reliability
