We want to secure the carefree use of IT and increase customer satisfaction.

You are responsible for the administration of our Exchange Server infrastructure as part of our cloud workstation Here you are contact partner (m/w/d) for 2nd and 3rd level support and perform comprehensive error analyses to quickly identify and resolve technical problems As part of your work, you will also implement continuous improvement measures and ensure a careful discussion.

You have successfully completed your training as a specialist (m/w/d) system integration or you can present comparable, relevant professional experiences You have good knowledge of German in word and writing Basic knowledge of Citrix and Microsoft terminal server technologies are desirable Team skills and flexibility as well as analytical and conceptual thinking characterize you In addition, your strengths include promising, committed and service-oriented action
