Head of Division (d/w/m) Corporate Taxes Munich, Bavaria, Germany

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of 8 highly qualified staff. You are responsible for coaching, further development and resource and capacity planning. You advise on all asset classes in terms of the tax aspects of the investment, and establish tax modelling and decision-making bases for investment committees. You structure and accompany M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, conversion tax law and basic income tax, and create tax modelling as well as decision bases for institutions and bodies. Previous activity in the group environment as well as a strong understanding of regulatory requirements (such as Solvency II) and for investment and fund structures (InvStG) distinguish the qualification profile. A sovereign handling of complex issues, decision-making power, hands-on mentality as well as pronounced communication strength and presentation skills complete the profile. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are provided as well as a high affinity for data and tax technology, for example in dealing with SAP, consolidation, reporting and tax tools or artificial intelligence.
