For our SOS Children's Village Munich we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time (30 hours/day)

In our modernly equipped kitchen in the children's day centre, you can prepare fresh, balanced meals for around 77 children aged 3 to 12 years. We place great emphasis on regional, seasonal and partly biological ingredients. The menus are designed independently on the basis of the “DGE quality standards for kitas” and adapt them to the needs and preferences of the children. Preparation of fresh meals in our Kita cuisine Planning and ordering of food and the organization of supplies Creation of child-friendly food plans according to the DGE quality standard for Kitas Implementation of cleaning work according to hygienic requirements safe handling of the PC (e.g. for menus, orders, documentation) Planning and implementation of projects for healthy nutrition with children and parents Implementation of HACCP training for educational staff Coordination and efficient use of cleaning forces Compliance with hygiene rules according to § 43 Infection Protection Act conscientious implementation of child and care protection

They have a completed training as a domestic worker or cook*in or a comparable qualification, ideally with practical experience in large kitchens They bring social skills such as team skills, reliability, commitment and commitment They work conscientiously, structured and swiftly You meet children, parents friendly and accommodating You have good knowledge of German in word and writing You have a valid teaching according to § 43 Infection Protection Act You have knowledge of HACCP and have been trained accordingly (e.g. return samples, hygiene standards) Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional
