Cutting machine operator/CNC miller/CNC specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for our customer Wilkau-Haßlau a machining mechanic/CNC-Fräser/CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d)

Your duties include:

• CNC milling of sheet metal forming tools for single and serial production
• Work according to drawing and independent selection of milling tools
• ready-to-production milling machines
• Testing the workpieces according to drawing and quality specifications
• Monitor the production process and intervene in malfunctions
• performing all pre- and post-work of the milling process as well as waiting and care
• machinery, equipment and tools used

Requirements:

• completed vocational training in a metal profession; ideally as a machining mechanic or an additional qualification as a CNC machine (mills)
• practical experience in handling 3- and 5-axis machines
• Programming skills desirable
• Experience with Heidenhain control and/or FIDIA control or Siemens control
• good technical understanding and high understanding
• Shiftwork is not a problem for you
• Ready-to-use, reliability and sense of responsibility complete your profile
