You advise your customers: in the financing of a new building project, the acquisition and/or the modernization of an existing real estate, and in the prolongation of existing real estate financing via all distribution channels available to you You create tailor-made offers and deliver a real added value to our customers: You are going ahead and advising customers in the context of financing also with regard to the protection against risks You bring your expertise and passion for building financing into projects that we regularly shape with the involvement of our customers:

On the basis of your bank-specific training, you have acquired a training course to the banking specialist (m/w/d), ideally to the banking business operator (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification You already have experience in building finance consulting You are a consultant with high social competence, strong team and client orientation, negotiation skills and persuasiveness You have a structured and result-oriented way of working You are also welcome as a candidate: without experience in building finance consulting and can develop with our support in this interesting area of work
