These exciting tasks will focus on you: Strategy: Support for cultural projects and strategic initiatives PT project work in close cooperation with various interfaces Support in the design, planning and implementation of communication formats (e.g. AI Café, DigiTipp) Communication: Optimization of internal PT/MO communication via platforms such as social intranet and Microsoft teams postings, including videos / reels Planning and implementation of various events Design and implementation of exchange formats for effective cross-site and cross-departmental networking Collaboration: Monitoring of the assistance function for PT/MO Cooperation with international locations Development and coordination of decisions Ensuring the timely implementation of tasks and specified measures Self-working and researching incoming requests The activity can begin from September 2026.

Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Power Point, Excel)

Quick conception and a structured and committed way of working as well as a high team and communication competence, safe occurrence, self-initiative and innovative thinking skills

Ideally, you have first professional experience (training, internship, student work or similar)
