Technical Support & Tester Construction Machinery Inside Service (m/f/d)

Our client is an innovative, medium-sized technology company from Münster with around 50 employees and part of an internationally successful group of companies. Developed and produced state-of-the-art control and sensor technology solutions for mobile construction and agricultural machinery, which are in use with well-known customers throughout Europe. Due to the positive growth, we are looking for a technical support (m/w/d) for technical customer support in the interior and at the same time for cooperation in the further development of existing systems from user perspective.

Technical second and third level support for national and international customers by phone and remote maintenance Analysis and solution of technical questions concerning software, displays and control systems Support of service technicians in complex technical issues Testing and evaluating new functions from user and customer perspective with regard to usability, practicality and quality Close cooperation with the development department and the introduction of own improvements Documentation of test results and tracking of technical optimizations

Successfully completed training, for example as land and construction machine mechatronics, automotive mechatronics for commercial vehicles, mechatronics or comparable technical qualification Ideally experience in the environment of construction, road construction, civil engineering or agricultural machinery Also enjoy experience from the workshop of a road construction company or a construction machine manufacturer Good technical understanding and interest in modern control, sensor and software technology Joy in systematically analyzing technical problems and finding solutions Customer-oriented appearance and clear and friendly communication Good knowledge of English as a basis for further development
