• Processing of customer orders and customer deliveries
• Processing of customer requests and complaints as well as contact care
• Delivery document & Audit of accounts
• Cooperation with relevant departments and external service providers to ensure smooth processes
• Creation of evaluations and statistics
• General administrative activities

Your profile as a specialist sales service (m/w/d)

• Completed commercial training
• Multiannual professional experience in the sales service is desirable. Job starters have a chance here
• Good customer and service orientation
• You are interested in the continuous optimization of process chains
• Loadability and stress resistance
• Self-employed and conscientious work
• Responsibility and team spirit
• Safe in handling MS-Office especially in Microsoft Excel
