Accounting Specialist / Balancing (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the entire accounting process up to payment processing Liquidity management and cash flow monitoring support Accounting and clearing and monitoring of open items Ensuring proper accounting according to HGB Participation in the preparation of the monthly accounts Implementation and control of consolidation accounting (e.g. debt consolidation and expenditure and income consolidation) coordination of intercompany behaviour within the group of companies as well as care and management of movement types Participation in the production of the financial statements of the holding company Support in the assessment and mapping of business purchases or Purchases Support in the documentation and follow-up of intra-group transactions Support in the creation of procedural documents and internal guidelines Participation in the digitization and optimization of accounting processes Care and further development of internal accounting and control processes Contact persons for internal departments and external tax consultants and auditors

Training, ideally with additional qualification as IHK or comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in accounting / accounting of a group of companies and/or a tax consultancy or Auditing company Experience in the completion according to HGB Ideally experience in growth-oriented corporate structures or consolidation Safe handling of Excel, Datev and ideally experience with Lucanet Analytical thinking and structured, result-oriented working High self-responsibility Implementation strength in the building context Accuracy and care as well as a high quality awareness Teamability and communicative competence in handling internal and external contacts
