We are looking for our state-of-the-art production plant in 95466 Bayreuth/Weidenberg at the next time you (m/w/d) as:

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

You are responsible for ensuring and continuously improving product and process quality in the field of precast concrete parts. You act as a central interface between production, technology, customers and suppliers and take over the independent processing of technical complaints over the entire life cycle.

Quality management Ensuring product quality according to applicable standards, guidelines and customer specifications Planning, implementation and evaluation of quality checks and internal audits Analysis of quality indicators and derivation of appropriate improvement measures Implementation of Cause Analysis (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) and Sustainable Error Elimination Elaboration and assignment Cooperation in optimizing production processes and manufacturing standards Reporting to the management Claim management Technical assessment of damage and complaint cases Coordination of emergency, corrective and preventive measures Communication with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments Preparation of technical opinions, complaint reports and management reports Persecuting and monitoring the effectiveness of measures initiated Technical support Advising production and project management in quality-relevant issues Implementation of training and awareness of employees on quality standards External Audit Support Results (KPIs) Reduction of complaint rate Reducing quality costs Shortening the processing time of complaints (CINC) Sustainable implementation of corrective measures Increase in freedom of initial error in production Reference line The Technical Quality Manager / Claimmanager (m/w/d) reports on quality management and technical management and works closely with production, sales and purchasing.

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable technical training with corresponding further training Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideally in the precast concrete, building materials or construction industry Experience in complaints and complaints Claim management Safe handling of quality methods such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, 5-Why and Ishikawa Analytical and Structured Operation Impressed communication and enforcement capability Embossed team capacity High customer orientation and safe occurrence Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP and CAQ systems are advantageous Good knowledge of German and knowledge of English
