Costing: Creation of cost calculations for facade and special construction projects (material, manufacturing, assembly) Vote: Close cooperation with project management, design and purchasing for pricing Offer creation: Costing of offers taking into account technical requirements and customer requirements Risk analysis: Identification of project risks and development of suitable costing strategies Data maintenance: maintenance and continuous updating of costing databases Project controlling: Participation in controlling meetings and monitoring budget management Communication: Interface to internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, partners) Material requirements: Determination of material requirements in early construction phases (including reading of 2D drawings) Make-or-Buy: derivation of self-made or alienation during the construction process Date overview: Daily provision of a comprehensive delivery date overview for internal and external interfaces to the PMO

Training/study: completed technical studies (e.g. civil engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification Industry experience: Multiannual experience in the calculation of construction, metal or glass construction projects IT competence: Very good knowledge in MS Excel as well as in common costing tools Thinking: Analytical, Entrepreneurial Thinking and Structured Operation Language knowledge: German and good English skills Communication strength: Safe occurrence in exchange with internal and external partners Teamability: Cooperative, solution-oriented attitude with high social competence Own initiative: High level of readiness and a proactive, commemorative mindset
