The ideal combination of theory and practice Theory at DHBW Mannheim: In the bilingual (German & English) degree program International Business, you will be taught knowledge in all operational areas, such as marketing, accounting or human resources, in an international context. Practice at the Oberhausen site: In the practical phases, you have the chance to directly apply and expand your acquired know-how in challenging tasks in the various commercial departments at Bilfinger. We pay attention to your strengths and interests.

Our requirements for a successful time:

• You already have your Abitur in your pocket or stand close to it
• You burn for the topic BWL and already have first experiences in the form of corresponding courses or school subjects
• You're interested in other cultures and you're keen to get in with us
• You are a targeted team player with excellent communication skills (German & English)
• You are motivated to learn new things and constantly develop
• Good to very good grades increase your chances of a place of study, but are not all for us
