Emondo makes photovoltaic easy. As an EPC or general contractor with around 10 years of experience, we offer our customers a comprehensive concept for their commercial properties around photovoltaics (min. 200 kWp), BESS and charging infrastructure. Our experienced team operates throughout Germany with the aim of implementing high-quality and individual solutions for our customers. We take every step from project development to commissioning the respective plant. Our plant design department is the technical heart of the company. Here the concepts on which our projects are based – from the first idea to the successful implementation.

We are looking for a Head of Department (m/w/d) that brings relevant experience in technology and leadership. Your tasks You take over the department's technical and disciplinary leadership and decisively shape the technical quality of our projects. Together with the management, you shape the company's strategic development.

Responsibility for the entire technical planning of our PV roof systems (AC/DC, grid connection, roof structure in cooperation with specialist partners), BESS and charging infrastructure for industrial plants (no home) Leadership, coaching and further development of your technical team Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines (including VDE-AR-N 4105 & 4110) Regular implementation of quality controls and perception of acceptance dates at construction sites in Germany Development and standardization of technical processes and working methods Technical assessment of customer requirements, offers and feasibility Close cooperation with sales, project management and construction management Escalation instance in complex technical issues

Completed electrotechnical qualification (e.g. electrical engineer, electrical engineer, electric master or comparable) At least 15 years of professional experience in permanent employment Very good knowledge of AC/DC design, protection technology, grid connection concepts and dimensions and/or general electrical knowledge from the TGA Sovereign handling of technical standards, especially VDE-AR-N 4105 & 4110 leadership experience or a clearly recognizable leadership ambition Structured, solution-oriented operation and high technical sovereignty Communication strength, Hands-on mentality and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Perfect knowledge of German in word and writing
