Team Leader Sterile Production / Cleanroom in the Pharmaceutical Industry (m/f/d)

You lead a team of around 18 employees in the manufacturing processes of the injection solution and filling in ampoules You are responsible for GMP-compliant production in compliance with working safety and hygiene regulations This includes the processing of instruction documents, deviations, changes, Complaints and the derivation of measures as well as the monitoring of inspections to your tasks With your contribution, you will ensure the delivery of the products in the required medicinal quality You actively drive the continuous improvement of processes in your area In addition, you promote safety and quality awareness in your team and an open, value-adding working environment

For this responsible task, you bring a completed scientific or pharmaceutical study with You have leadership experience, ideally in the production of a pharmaceutical company Knowledge of regulatory requirements (AMG, AMWHV incl.
