as an advisory contact for specialists, executives as well as managing directors on all issues relating to the safety design of workplaces, workflows and the use of work equipment and hazardous materials

perform all tasks of an occupational safety specialist in accordance with § 6 ASiG, in particular in the development area of the ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, safety assessments of specially built equipment as well as complex machinery and equipment within production

Consultation in factory planning with regard to safety and work science aspects

act as a key user for the employed safety management software Quentic. In this context, advice and support for managers in the preparation, documentation and follow-up of work-related topics (such as risk assessment, safety instruction)

support the organisation of emergency exercises and internal knowledge transfer

plan, perform and document internal audits according to ISO 45001

contribute to the creation and establishment of national and international standards in occupational safety
