Specialist (m/w/d) for the reprocessing of medical devices in Rendsburg

Safe processing: You take care of the proper cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of instruments, medical devices and equipment, as well as the surface cleaning of plant technology and work surfaces. Reliable provision: You are responsible for the preparation of medical devices to ensure the surgical supply with sterile goods and reliably assemble instrument sieves according to pack lists. Documented release: You carry out the workflow documentation in a conscientious manner and properly release the instrument screens after sterilization has taken place. Quality in focus: You actively participate in quality-proofing measures, implement them and participate in their evaluation for continuous optimization. Hygiene & safety: You consistently adhere to operational quality standards and hygiene measures and thus contribute significantly to patient safety.

You have completed training as a specialist for medical device preparation or a qualification as a sterilization assistant (m/w/d) with a specialist course I according to the DGSV© guidelines or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will bring first professional experience in the sterilization area and have well-founded knowledge in handling sterile material as well as the basics of treatment. You work independently, structured and conscientiously, have a technical understanding of systems and devices and are safely handled with MS Office and KIS systems. A pronounced understanding of hygiene, sense of responsibility and a good cross-organisational understanding are just as good as team spirit and commitment. You show willingness to participate in the shift and call service after successful integration and thus contribute flexibly to the security of supply.
