Information electronics technician / radio and television technician (m/w/d)

There are excellent, groundbreaking products of consumer electronics worldwide, which are distributed by us as exclusive sales in Germany. As a service technician, you are on site and repair high-end hi-fi devices from the Accuphase brand and perform administrative tasks related to the service. This includes tasks such as creating cost suggestions, performing repairs on their own hands, writing invoices and sending equipment by parcel service. The maintenance and improvement of the service area by acquiring modern measuring instruments and e.g. tool also falls under the tasks of the service technician. For new and old service parts a continuous inventory and careful organization is made. Our retailers and end users need your competent hands in service questions and/or problem solutions in everyday life via telephone support.

You have a completed training as radio and television technicians/information electronics. Enthusiasm for technology and team spirit. An eye for detail work and organization. A hand for service consulting for customers and dealers. Good knowledge of German and English.
