Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! The Landside Public Infrastructure (LI) division has been re-established to ensure transparency in the financing of land-based public port infrastructure. In particular, the division will highlight the owner/supply function for the public infrastructure and road transport in the port. As owner/supplier for the product road and road network, you are responsible for the business management of the task area The control, prioritization and coordination as well as costly and timely responsibility for the maintenance and renewal as well as the perception of the client and client function is your responsibility You develop a key payment system for the division In addition, you are responsible for the product strategy and derivation of overarching targets, including prioritization of operations, expansion and new construction measures You take stakeholder communication to politics, administration, customers and citizens and represent HPA interests in various bodies You play a key role in managing and coordinating traffic-influencing measures and ITS strategy in the road network The task is rounded off by performing overriding tasks as a road load carrier

You bring a completed university degree (Diplom/Master) in civil engineering with or have other equivalent skills and stressful experiences You have many years of qualified professional experience in the respective field (roads, and road construction, bridge construction) You will look back on sound knowledge and experience in project management and project work You can also demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the applicable legal bases in building and nature conservation law Your experience in the strategic renewal and maintenance of construction equipment and the assessment of repair work can be used profitably It is desirable to continue with knowledge of standards (DIN), accident prevention regulations; VOB, VOL with the relevant procurement rules Your profile is rounded off by a reliable and responsible way of working as well as persuasiveness and enforcement Our port is a symbol of openness and exchange and we welcome people with different backgrounds and life paths.
