In order to strengthen our board team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as soon as possible Management Board (m/d) for the organization, personnel, finance, law Disposal Herne is a municipal company in the legal form of an institution of public law. With around 225 employees, the company guarantees the security of dismantling for the city of Herne and is a member of the waste management association EKOCity with modern waste disposal facilities. The portfolio includes waste management, urban cleanliness, road cleaning and winter service, container services and comprehensive fleet management. The offer is supplemented by commercial activities and the subsidiary Wertstoffrecycling eh GmbH. For exemplary action, disposal Herne 2025 was awarded the total e-Quality premium. As part of the municipal climate protection strategy, Disposal Herne sees itself as a modern, sustainable service provider and actively shapes the ecological and digital transformation of the municipal waste management industry. Disposal Herne is now divided into two business units. In addition to the existing Waste Management, Urban Cleanliness, Logistics and Business Development division, another business area will be set up for which a management board position will be re-used. The order is made for five years.

Successful completion of the 1st and 2nd Legal State Audit Knowledge of commercial and social law, labour law and public law and ideally in procurement, environmental and municipal law Multiannual professional experience in responsible management in the municipal environment, in public enterprises or in privately organised companies Experience in personnel management, organisational development and administrative processes Funded business knowledge Embossed Strategic Conceptual Skills Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity strong leadership skills with an appreciation and clear leadership style
