Professional and disciplinary leadership of the multi-site team Payroll Ensure the legally compliant, efficient and timely wage and salary bill including Process optimization Monitoring of social security and pay tax Exemption and processing of pay tax and social insurance issues Integration of new companies into the existing payroll system Competent Person (m/w/d) in case of complex questions about wage tax, social security and tariffs Training and further development of team members Interface for all internal and external stakeholders

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, as well as in the management of multi-site teams Safe knowledge in labour, wage and social security law Very good SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge as well as safe handling of the current MS Office programs Leadership skills, organisational skills and a structured, empathic way of working and strong communication with high service orientation Ready for business trips
