Self-working of administrative office activities Management and maintenance of databases and files Ensuring internal smooth cooperation with all the departments involved Creation and maintenance of statistics and reports Conducting research and providing information Document storage and archiving Support for the management and department manager

Completed commercial training: e.g. as a merchant/wife for office management, industrial merchant/wife or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the commercial sector, ideally in a comparable position Safe handling of current MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word) Structured and independent functioning as well as high reliability and sense of responsibility
