Tasks and Activities

• You will receive in-depth discussions and provide information on the topics of job search, job search, unemployment and application and performance.
• They finally clarify and process simple customer requests (e.g. performance information without discretion).
• They deal with in-depth concerns about the online channels of the Federal Employment Agency.
• They call customers on questions about their concerns.
• You are also responsible for administrative and organizational matters, such as updating records or appointments, and thus support your colleagues on site.

Requirements

The professional competence is important, but equally important for a career at BA is your personality. With the following properties, you are right with us:

• a completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial sector) or alternatively a middle education qualification and an at least two-year professional experience with tasks and requirements comparable to the intended activity as a telephone service consultant

As of 1 December 2025, the posts are first terminated, in full-time or part-time, at the Zwickau office for 12 months. The activity is evaluated with the level of activity V TV-BA.

Access criteria and basic principles for activity are a 3-year commercial or management training, linked to a relevant professional practice in these areas. In addition, you need a high communication capability, secure handling of the communication techniques and basic knowledge of the relevant legal bases in the legal circle SGB III.

Since the recruitment is based on § 14 para. 2 part-time and temporary employment law (TzBfG) can only be taken into account applicants who had no (unlimited or temporary) pre-employment in the Federal Agency for Labour and/or in a Job Centre.
