Rheinland Kultur GmbH is the service and operating company of the landscape association Rheinland (LVR) and supports this local association with more than 1,400 employees in 20 museums and 54 school, clinical and health education institutions. To strengthen our staff team, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) at our location in Pulheim-Brauweiler Personalsachbearbeiter*in (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with generalistic orientation

After incorporation, You assume the responsibility for billing from a defined group of employees in the salary range ca. 100 employees Active participation in the redesign of personal processes Project work

Experiences in the payroll accounting via SAP/HCM are absolutely necessary Completed training as a personnel service manager or a comparable qualification Good knowledge of MS Office Loadability, reliability, communication strength and team spirit Motivation, sense of responsibility and ambition for personal and professional development
