As a management of rental management, you are the central manager and operative key figure. You relieve the management of day-to-day business and control all essential processes around rental, owner management and quality. Their focus is on stable teams, satisfied owners: inside and an efficient, scalable organization.

Control and monitoring of the daily operating business in rental management Accompanying special cases in front office and processing complaints Full ownership management (contractual issues, pricing, settlements, conflict management) Leadership, development and stabilization of a team with about 24 employees Implementation of feedback and conflict talks and support for personnel planning Development, documentation and optimization of processes (SOPs, quality standards) Interface coordination between Frontoffice, Hausdamen, Haustechnik, Accounting and Quality Management Responsibility for reporting and key figures in Revenue Management (e.g. Travelytics) Cooperation with external Revenue Management Advisory

Experience in rental management, ideally in the holiday rental or hotel industry (no need) Basic understanding of Revenue Management and Economic Control Experience in dealing with owners:inside, customers:inside or key accounts Very good German and good English skills Impressed leadership skills and high communication strength Enforceability and sovereign handling of conflict situations Organizational design, structured working and prioritization High service orientation with simultaneous quality and result focus Own operational decisions in the daily business
