We are looking for motivated employees for permanent use in the customer company machine and plant leaders in plastics production/processing.

Your tasks:

• Setup, operation and monitoring of screw extrusion systems for the sheathing and coating of optical waveguides Process control: From fiber feeding to coating to wire and cable assembly
• Material supply and monitoring (granulates, additives, color batches) -Securing points of product quality through continuous control of diameter, roundness, damping values and cladding
• Implementation of maintenance and setup processes at the extrusion plants -Error analysis and troubleshooting of systems and peripheral devices
• Documentation of process parameters, quality checks and production quantities in the ERP system -enge cooperation with quality assurance and maintenance for continuous process optimization

Your profile:

• completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, industrial mechanic, mechatronics etc. -alternative experience in screw extrusion and ideally in the processing of cables -Knowledge of LWL of advantage -Knowledge in inline coating and jacket production (cable casting) -Safe handling of measuring and testing technology (diameter laser, microscopy, tensile testing) -Providing for shiftwork in multilayer system 3 layers
• Careful operation characterized by accuracy
