You report to the team leader/in Insured Pension Administration at the respective location You enter and manage individual and collective insurance contracts in all five ways of implementing occupational pension schemes You are contact for our national and international customers in the field of the administration of complex insurance-based bAV concepts in the Back Office You support the administration of (company-owned) group and individual support funds You are actively working in exciting project groups on digitalization topics and artificial intelligence You support customers and colleagues in optimizing the process processes and in communication around the company's retirement You support our customers in matters relating to insurance-specific issues and tax, social and labour law issues as well as insurance contracts and/or pension plans, as well as support for our consultants and correspondence and conduct negotiations with our insurance partners
