You introduce the customers into the system operation, transfer and operate the systems and carry out function tests You diagnose and troubleshoot disturbances and advise the customers for optimal use and care You carry out maintenance and exchange wear parts to ensure installation reliability You create application reports and logs and manage independent spare parts

You have a completed technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic:in SHK or electronic:in You live in the Greater Ingolstadt / Nuremberg You have experience in customer service and have a class B driving licence You are characterized by flexibility, reliability and customer orientation You are safe to use the common computer programs
