These exciting tasks await you: Individual decisions: You meet risk-oriented audits of the loan applications on your own, issue a qualified vote and formulate the resolution templates in the upscale corporate and private customer business. You approve and support credit applications within your competences – for the design of a viable region. Risk orientation in the focus: You are launching economic documents, analysing them and coming. This includes the preparation of the capital service calculation and the rating as part of the initial and ongoing disclosure. The assessment and management of credit collateral is also within your responsibility. Proactively act: You are predictive and risk-conscious in the inventory management and ongoing credit monitoring of your assigned engagements. Your co-design: You are actively engaged in the continuous improvement process and in projects – beyond your own responsibility to keep our bank sustainable and grow together.

That's what you bring: Foundation training: You have a completed bank training ideally with a completed specialist or a completed degree, each supplemented by relevant internal and external training. Practical experience: You bring multi-year practical professional experience in the qualified private and corporate credit business and know the challenges and opportunities in this area. At the same time, you are open to continuous development and ready to face new challenges. Analytical skills: Your strong analytical skills allow you to make a secure judgment and decision making based on sound data. Self-employment and sense of responsibility: You work with a high degree of self-employment and always show willingness to perform and take responsibility. Solution: Looking for optimal solutions for our customers and the bank, you work closely with your colleagues. You are actively struggling with relationship management and deal with challenges.
