Commercial clerk (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the commercial execution of national and international orders and projects – from the creation and calculation of the offer, through the audit of the contract and commissioning system to the invoice and payment monitoring in SAP. Take into account KNDS standard conditions and customer-specific requirements and support contract negotiations as well as commercial planning, control and cost monitoring. You coordinate cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as national and international customers and create technical scales, performance descriptions and commercial reporting data. In addition, make the order and sales reports secure and organize transports and exports in compliance with the legal requirements, in particular the KWKG and AWG. Through your participation in the further development of commercial processes, you contribute to the continuous optimization of the order and project processing.

You have completed economic studies, commercial training or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in order processing and project management bring you, ideally also in dealing with contracting authorities. Very good MS Office and SAP skills are yours. Their knowledge of English is knowledgeable and enables you to communicate with you in the international environment. You work independently, structured and reliable and convince by team skills and communication strength.
