VP Assistant (m/w/d) Omnichannel Commerce & IT

You are responsible for the Office Managements for 5 VPs (area management) in the areas of omnichannel commerce and IT. This includes the professional and service-oriented handling of the communication channels, calendars and pending tasks. You are an organizational institution in matters of planning, preparation, accompaniment and refurbishment of team meetings, workshops or team events. You proactively shape the interface management to internal and external stakeholders and secure the communication flow. You tax the travel management including the billing. You create meaningful PowerPoint presentations and help to prepare reports in a comprehensible and appealing way - in German and English.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. You have already gained several years of practical experience in assistance in a dynamic and service-oriented environment. Your work is characterized by a very high level of service orientation, self-employment, target orientation and flexibility. In doing so, you act proactively and keep an overview at any time to set priorities. You have a strong communication capability, a safe occurrence and a high sense of responsibility. In your work, you are loyal and very sensitive in handling confidential information. Your resilience is high, so you can keep a cool head in stressful situations and you always act professionally. Your knowledge in handling the MS Office package is practice-tested, you have a high affinity for new digital systems and solutions. Your knowledge of German and English is very good in word and writing. You are ready to work up to 5 days on site at the office
