With the Schluchsee as Germany's largest battery and five pumped storage power plants, we make an important contribution to a stable power supply. You are responsible for our co-worker magazine and continuously develop it – from creative ideas to multi-disciplinary editorial rounds to final implementation You organize and coordinate guided tours through our impressive power plants You develop communication concepts for internal and external communication – including press work – and implement them You represent our company sympathetic and professionally to media, public and our partners You organize events and drive for smooth, inspiring experiences You process sponsoring and donation requests responsibly and reliably You support the further development of our communication channels (including websites, intranet, newsletters, info boards, social media) You care, secure and develop our corporate identity and corporate design in the daily business Administrative tasks, e.g. care of the intranet and the homepage as well as the creation of the press mirror, complete your task Welding of pipelines and their new and replacement productions independent work according to isometries and technical drawings Welding and processing of plant components according to welding instructions Support for repairs and revisions at our plants Maintenance and maintenance work on our engineering equipment performing mechanical repair work to ensure reliable operation Support in the preparation of planned maintenance measures

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of communication, marketing, journalism, media or otherwise acquired comparative and documentable knowledge Multiannual experience in communication and marketing Sovereign appearance and very good expressiveness in word and writing Safe handling of digital tools and creative systems (including Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing, CMS like WordPress or Typo3) Structured, independent working and pleasure in cross-disciplinary cooperation Interest and openness for our pump storage technology as well as the ability to process complex technical content in a comprehensible and specific target group You bring a Growth Mindset – openness for new, continuous development and a friendly, curious and solution-oriented attitude
