This is what we expect as a specialist Private Health Insurance Contract VBP (m/w/d) Examination and allocation of final and existing commissions for intermediary exchanges, broker mandates and inventory surveys Implementation and control of stock transfers between intermediaries, agencies and broker organisations taking into account regulatory requirements Assessment of commission claims for collective bargaining (§ 204 VVG), contractual changes and collective agreements Analysis of commission-relevant contractual data as well as clarification in case of disagreements Care and management of the intermediary and commission master data in the relevant inventory management systems Assessment and calculation of commission claims in the context of asset transfers in the private health insurance (full and supplementary insurance, sick leave, nursing insurance) Coordination with sales partners, brokers: internal and internal specialist departments for questions on commission claims and courtage bills Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (BaFin, IDD) in commission assessment and settlement Participation in the optimization of processes and systems in the field of commission accounting and inventory management

Projektmanager (m/w/d) Completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance, or comparable vocational training in the commercial sector Ideally, professional experience in commission billing, stock management or sales services - preferably in private health insurance Funded knowledge of PKV tariff structures (Full Insurance, Additional Insurance, Health Care Insurance) Understanding regulatory framework conditions (VVG, VAG, IDD, BaFin requirements) Secure handling of inventory management and commission accounting systems as well as SAP and MS Office (especially Excel) High level of accuracy, sense of responsibility and discretion Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and careful working Communication strength and service-oriented appearance in dealing with sales partners Teamability and independent working Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
