actively shape our path of success and support M&A transactions in the recycling sector at international level You communicate with our international colleagues every day and thereby build an international network This includes financial due diligence and business analyses, as well as the independent compilation and control of enterprise assessments (e.g. DCF analyses) in your daily business They prepare decision bases for the Management Board and Supervisory Board As a contact person:in and coordinator:in the project teams (operative expert:inside / external consultants:inside) you support the preparation of tenders and contract negotiations You analyze macroeconomic and political information in our stock and target countries The creation and review of the cost-effectiveness of project calculations for real estate purchases, tenders and plant construction complete your field of activity

Its basis is a successfully completed business studies, at best with the focus on Finance / Accounting (IFRS), as well as a reference to the M&A and corporate assessment topics.
