We are now looking for a team leader Finance/Accounting (m/w/d) who takes responsibility for the four-member accounting team. In this role, you contribute significantly to the further development of the financial processes and ensure a smooth process in financial accounting. You take over the operational and strategic leadership of the 4-person finance team Together with your team, you will ensure continuous optimization, further development and digital transformation of all department-relevant processes You are leading in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts For auditors and tax advisors until you first contact You take care of specific tax issues such as e.g. Value added tax Planning, coordination and implementation of special projects in the field of finance are also one of your tasks

Successfully completed studies with a focus on financial and accounting, or a comparable qualification, such as a commercial training with further training on the account book holder Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting (ideally FMCG) and first leadership experience Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as in tax matters in everyday accounting Secure handling of MS Office, document management systems and common ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics NAV) Embossed analytical thinking, rapid understanding and independent, structured working Teamability, flexibility and a good portion of humor
