You are advising our leaders in implementing innovative measures for recruiting staff. You are responsible for managing and supporting target group-oriented recruiting campaigns in cooperation with our partners. You are responsible for the continuous care and findability of our career side as well as the SEO-optimized design of our job advertisements. You develop suitable KPIs as well as an analysis and reporting structure to optimize our recruiting measures and channels. You care about our employer profiles on job portals.

A successfully completed study of economics or social sciences or economic psychology with a focus on staff and multiannual relevant professional experience Knowledge of popular recruiting instruments and trends Safe handling of personal interviews and the direct address of candidates Binding appearance, pronounced networked thinking, rapid recognition of complex relationships as well as active, positive and winning communication skills

Special payment: In November and June there is an extra payment. This depends on the economic result of the previous year.
