Change and Release Manager in Business IT (m/f/d)

Planning, control and monitoring of all change and release activities across the entire lifecycle Coordination of changes between development teams, test management, architecture and disciplines Assessment of changes in risk, impact and priority Ensuring release quality in close cooperation with test management Construction, maintenance and further development of a structured release calendar Ensuring releases and their documentation Identification and management of release risks and dependencies as well as their impact on systems, processes and test activities (including rollback/recovery strategies) Organisation and moderation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB), including communication of decisions taken there Monitoring the technical and technical integrity of releases (fullness, regression, interfaces, data flows) Establishing and implementing release processes, standards and governance requirements Communication of release content, status and impact on relevant stakeholders (m/w/d)

completed studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification proven experience in release, test and/or change management, ideally in regulated industries sound understanding of software development and testing processes organizational competence and quality awareness Communication capability, coordination security and joy in team collaboration with specialist and IT areas Structured operation and interest in analyzing and controlling complex dependencies Remarkable: Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in change and release management Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow Understanding test methods and environmental management Experience in the insurance environment or other regulated IT landscapes
