You support Ethics & Compliance Director Germany in all compliance-relevant matters of the German site (Commercial, Operations and Research & Development) and thus actively contribute to the overall strategy of the company. .

How to make the difference You are a full lawyer or business lawyer with relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical, food or life science industry of at least 5 to 8 years, preferably in a compliance or legal function You actively strive to acquire new knowledge in order to give clear orientations, effectively set priorities and meet sound decisions that have a noticeable impact Through your targeted communication and conflict management skills, you influence decisions of cross-functional stakeholders – both locally and remotely and across all levels of leadership You bring skills to identify, monitor and further develop OEC policies, procedures and trainings effectively and continuously With your proactive and structured way of working, you achieve outstanding results Last but not least, you have very good English and German skills in word and writing A readiness for a travel activity of 10% in Germany and abroad is desired.
