Assessment and ensuring compliance with the legal requirements for the FitLine products (food) and their packaging according to German and European law ensuring documentation, including the production or procurement and assessment of specifications, for the FitLine products and their packaging related to the legal requirements in Germany and Europe including HACCP, as well as regulatory requirements and standards Independent implementation, evaluation, documentation and assessment of tests, analyses and stability tests of foods, ingredients, packaging and supplies Creation, implementation, documentation and monitoring of quality assurance programmes, including HACCP (internal and external, as well as auditing) Self-creation or procurement, testing, documentation and assessment of filling and production protocols, test regulations, manufacturing regulations and packaging regulations for the FitLine products (food), and for their ingredients and packaging Organisation, implementation, logging, and preparation of meetings, conferences, training and audits

Food chemists or comparable degree At least 2 years of professional experience in the food industry, in trade, in testing institutes/certification bodies or in food monitoring Insufficient experience in regulatory affairs, food law and food analytics Experience in performing HACCP, hygiene and quality audits German and English knowledge in word and writing Versified handling of MS-Office, jira, confluence
