Head of the C# developer team Coordination of the further development and rehabilitation of the inventory management system Ensuring the parallel operation of legacy and new systems Support and further development of existing other old systems Development of modern solutions with C#/.NET and Oracle Design and implementation of performant APIs Technical Conception and Solution Engineering Promoting Clean Code, Software Quality and Modern Development Standards Development of agile working methods and dev workflows Support of the team in the change process Troubleshooting and technical support

Completed studies in computer science or business informatics Multiannual experience in software development, system integration and project management, ideally in the insurance industry Experience in software development with C#/.NET and the detachment of legacy systems Change management experience and team support within change processes Good knowledge of SQL and databases, ideally Oracle Secure handling of Visual Studio Quality Consciousness, Structured Operation and Hands-on-Mentality Ideally experience in professional or organizational leadership German language skills (C1/C2)
