IT-Support (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• You will edit tickets in 1st and 2nd Level Support
• Disorder elimination and reporting of errors
• You provide the hardware and software for your colleagues
• Establishment of the jobs of colleagues
• You support IT infrastructure
• Working with various IT projects (migration, rollouts, system introductions etc.)

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Completed training as:to the specialist informant:in system integration or a comparable qualification
• First experience in IT support and system administration
• Ideally first knowledge with a ticket system e.g. OTRS or Jira
• You have a strong service orientation and team skills
• Very good German and good English skills
