Product Manager Credit & Loss of Earnings Protection (B2B & embedded) (all genders) (ProTect)

ProTect Dienst GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, is the company-internal service provider of ProTect Versicherung AG, one of the leading B2B insurance companies in the segment of credit protection. We take over both the conception of credit and merit loss insurance as well as other embedded insurance solutions in a rapidly growing market segment, in particular their distribution, management and performance management in and outside the Sparkassen financial group. Both companies belong to the provincial group, one of the ten largest insurance companies in Germany.

This will be your tasks As a product manager, you develop new insurance products together with agile, cross-functional teams (focus on credit protection in the DACH area) and enter the existing products. From product idea to live gear: The entire product development process is co-designed or co-responsible by you. Examination of new product ideas for their technical and operational feasibility in close cooperation with our sales team. You are responsible for creating new cover concepts (including the formulation of AVB) as well as the examination of these (e.g. Assekuradeur Wordings). The market observation and the further development of the existing products (e.g. tariff and product updates) are also within your task. You support the actuariat, for example, by evaluating cover content and by agreeing on offer prices. The portfolio management, including the observation of business development and profitability, as well as the coordination of contribution adjustments or Refurbishment concepts are also part of your tasks. The creation of reports for management as well as the execution of product training at our sales partners (together with the sales team) completes your task area.

That's what you bring A successfully completed commercial training (preferably in the field of financial services) or a completed study (e.g. BWL or Jura) You have (in-depth) knowledge in the field of credit and merit insurance through insurance products and ideally have experience in product development You know the sales and sales processes in the area of banks/parkers and/or other embedded partners You are a real team player - ideally you already have experiences with working in an agile team You can present and present your knowledge and ideas Responsibility and Alignment
