We are now looking for a Customer Advisor (m/w/d) for the operation Logistics Service in full time. This activity is carried out at the Leverkusen site.

Your main tasks:

Monitoring compliance with regulations, test lists, quality and safety standards for cars/users, trailers and chassis

Car and commercial vehicles incl. Cost control

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

Coordination of maintenance operations with internal and external CHEMPARK partners

Delegation of foreign companies related to maintenance measures

Create statistics and evaluations

Development of meaningful key figures

Monitor statutory audits HU, AU,UVV etc.

Creation of Banfen and Service Orders in SAP

Processing insurance damage

Auditing of external leasing companies, workshops and suppliers

Tank card orders and monitoring incl. Accounting

(m/w/d) or as an automobile businessman (m/w/d) or comparable training

Deutsch-Kenntisse in Word and Writing

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of SAP

driving licence class B
